Flaminio Squazzoni (the Behave head) will give an invited talk at a Symposium on “Agent-Based Modelling for Theory Building in the Social Sciences, at the INAS 2019 Conference in St. Petersburg, Russia, on 31 May-2 June 2019. The symposium is part of the 12th edition of the “International Network of Analytical Sociology” conference and aims to discuss how to link theories and models of human behavior to ABM of collective dynamics, apply ABM that advances theories of human behaviour in the social sciences, and link empirical insights from behavioral research (e.g. experiments, online data) to theoretically-driven ABM studies.
